04. 13.05.2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by order dated 11.02.2014 passed in B.P. No. 128 of 2014 by Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 470 of 2013. Perusing the Report of the S.H.O. cum Inspector, Ara Town P.S., Bhojpur with regard to the activities of the private Opposite Parties, I do not find any reason for canceling their bail on ground of misuse of privilege of bail. The application stands dismissed.
