Petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 336 of 2017 arising out of Laxmipur, P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20.09.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45313 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since, 17.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48913 of 2017(2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with S.T. No. 336 of 2017 arising out of Laxmipur, P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017.
