2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This petitioner along with co-accused Prabhat Chandravanshi are alleged to have assaulted the deceased with iron rod. As per post-mortem report, several external injuries were found on the person of deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is alleged to be
