Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 42801 of 2022, 45426 of 2022, 45630 of 2022 and 46459 of 2022. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66326 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
