Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the Respondent No. 7 within a period of 30days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Until fresh order passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from the present place of posting.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
