2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-A) of the Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant received a secret information from police control room regarding the viral video on social media in which this petitioner was seen firing from a country made pistol.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner without asserting and identifying the genuineness of the viral video . No arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he is in no way connected with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63014 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 the aforesaid occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No. 151 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
