Dacoity was committed in the house of informant and for that, on the fardbeyan of Rani Devi instant case has been registered against unknown. During course of investigation as is evident from para-37 one Chandrashekhar Kumar was apprehended relating to Bhojpur O.P. (Dumraon) P.S. Case No.180/2016, wherein he made inculpatory confessional statement connecting himself with the instant occurrence and all the persons having been named by him including the petitioner were apprehended without any corollary materials. That means to say neither they were put on T.I. Parade, nothing has been seized from their possession though has got chequered history. Accordingly, petitioner Tuntun Shah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten
