Petitioners have prayed for quashing of order of cognizance dated 08-10-2015 passed by Sri R.K. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.1205 of 2014. From the order sheet which has been transmitted by the learned lower court in pursuance of order dated 18-092018, it is evident that witnesses before charge is being examined.
