So far prayer for bail of the appellant is concerned, the same is being rejected for the present on the ground that under para-3 of the memo of appeal in spite of appellant having criminal antecedents failed to incorporate and the same was traced out after going through the case diary (para-319) as perceived vide order dated 23.02.2017.
