JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 Today a show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party-Registrar, L.N. Mithila University. A statement has been made in Paragraph-3 of the show cause that due to some confusion, inadvertently item no. 2 was resolved in the resolution dated 14.03.2015. The mistake has now been corrected and follow-up action required has been taken withdrawing the said resolution no. 2.
Learned counsel representing the University submits
Patna High Court MJC No.3345 of 2015 (4) dt.28-08-2018 that the consequential order in terms of monetary benefit to the petitioner shall be ensured within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In view of the statements made on behalf of the Registrar, L.N. Mithila, University, he is directed to make payment of the consequential benefit to the petitioner within a period of 15 days.
