The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 121 of 2017, arising out of Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 277 of 2017 dated 18.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The petitioner has been found to be in possession of 125 grams of Ganja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2017 and does not bear any criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a bench of this Court.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this

The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Patna in connection with Special Case No. 121 of 2017, arising out of Buddha Colony P.S.
