The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sadar Hajipur Case no. 528 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. The accusation is that on receiving secret information about selling of liquor by Ravi Rai in his villageIsmailpur, the informant along with other Police personnel reached there then found no adult person in the house. On search, 03 bottles, each containing 750 ML, 48 bottles of 180 ML and 06 bottles of 180 ML Indian made foreign liquor recovered, but nobody put their signature on the seizure list. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the wife of Ravi Rai against whom the

No.65871 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 allegation has been made to sell the illicit liquor due to that reasons, the petitioner, who is lady, has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No. 528 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
