The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners took KCC loan on the basis of forged Land Possession Certificate.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are ready to return the due loan amount within a period of seven months.
Considering the nature of accusation and the present stand of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on provisional anticipatory bail for eight months, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54354 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.72 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The provisional bail of the petitioner will confirmed by the learned court below on production of substantial proof/no objection certificate issued by the bank concerned with regard to payment of due loan amount by the petitioners. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
