ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Vide order dated 13.01.2016 this Court has disposed of the matter with a direction to the court of A.D.J. II, Madhubani to conclude the trial on or before 31.03.2016 with a liberty to the petitioner to move this court thereafter. However, instead of waiting for the trial to be concluded in near future, the petitioner has again prayed for bail in the present application. As such, the application for regular bail once again cannot be considered in this very application. It is, accordingly, disposed of.
