Case No. 261 of 2021 but in both the cases petitioner is neither informant nor accused. He further submits that petitioner is informant of Guthani P.S. Case No. 262 of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1355 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 2021, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal writ petition.

In this view of the matter, the present Cr. Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that he may avail his remedy relating to his own case before the appropriate forum at appropriate stage but so far as the present case is concerned, the parties of those cases may file other writ petition, if advised so.

Accordingly, the present Cr. Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Ritik/- U T
