The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against several persons, general and omnibus, of commission of assault at the head of the informant as well as commission of theft.
Submission is that there is counter case also. Considering the general and omnibus nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51963 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/Successor Court in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibagh O.P.)
