JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to delete the name of petitioner no.2 in the petition. Further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner no.1 was granted bail earlier with condition that he has to appear as and when required by the court and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the court on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, her bail bond shall be cancelled and now he has filed a petition for modification of that part of the order.

Having heard both sides and in view of submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order is modified only to the extent that instead of direction to the petitioner to appear in the court and failure to appear on two consecutive dates, her bail bond shall be cancelled, it is modified to the extent "she has to appear

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47652 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 whenever her presence is required in this case, otherwise her bail bond shall be cancelled".
