2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 138/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the mother-in-law and husband respectively, of the deceased. It is submitted that the brother of the petitioner no. 2 has since filed a petition before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur narrating the circumstances in which a false case has been lodged owing to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61172 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 the deceased side. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
