====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that FIR named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted and thrashed to Nagmani Bind in the house of Kari Devi as a result of that Nagmani Bind died subsequently. Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence nor there is any specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
