Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner has no information, whether the investigations has been started by the CID, in terms of order of this Court, dated 15.12.2022. However, it is submitted by learned counsel that grievance of petitioner has already redressed, as raised through present writ petition. Learned AC to GP-4, Mr. Manoj Kumar, while appearing on behalf of the CID/Respondent No.11, submitted that in terms of direction of this Court vide order dated 15.12.2022, entire records of the case has already been received by the CID for fresh investigations. It is further submitted that investigation shall be concluded within reasonable time. Considering the submission, as made above, as CID already started investigation in this matter after receiving entire records, there is no need to pass any further order in this matter. Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition is disposed of.
