====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 351(2), and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the named accused persons including this petitioner, assaulted the brother of the informant with lathi, danda, and tanga.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the Injury Report, the injured sustained only one injury and there is a general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. There is a case and counter-case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the general and omnibus allegations and the fact that, as per the Injury Report, the injured sustained only one injury, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Siwan, in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
