JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 The present petition has been preferred for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 149 of 2021 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur at Ara. I.A. No. 01 of 2024:

This interlocutory application has been preferred after it has been jointly agreed between the parties that instead of keeping the case pending at Rohtas at Sasaram and making prayer for its transfer to Bhojpur at Ara, both sides are of the opinion that it can be taken up at the Family Court, Buxar.

2. In the aforesaid circumstances, the I.A. No. 01 of

Patna High Court MJC No.2223 of 2022(4) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 2024 is allowed.

3. Let the prayer of MJC No. 2223 of 2022 be modified to the extent that the Matrimonial Case No. 149 of 2021 be shifted from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Buxar.

MJC No. 2223 of 2022:

The present petition has been preferred for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 149 of 2021 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar.

2. In view of the fact that now the parties have agreed to the transfer of the case to Buxar and I.A. No. 01 of 2024 stands allowed, as consented, the Matrimonial Case No. 149 of 2021 is transferred from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar.
