2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 133 of 2013 / CIS No. 4050 of 2014 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 93 of 1997 registered for the offence under Sections 458, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and later Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 01.08.2025.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-1st, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 133 of 2013/ CIS No. 4050 of 2014 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 93 of 1997.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Raxaul Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
