The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of making assault to the informant with Farsa and other accused persons assaulted with lathi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lacerated wound has been found on the head caused by hard and blunt substance simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence and the informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and filed a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55608 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the accusation being not corroborated with the medical opinion, the counter version of the occurrence and retracted version of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
