JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2016 A show cause affidavit is filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 taking a stand that order of this Court rendered in CWJC No.323/1999 has fully been complied as necessary correction has been made by issuing a notification in this regard, which has been published in the District Gazette (extraordinary). However, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that M.J.C. number has wrongly been stated in the affidavit. Let learned counsel for the State make necessary correction in the cage column in course of the day.

Another defect which has been pointed out by the petitioner is that in the second page of District Gazette, the date of order has been stated to be 24th of July, 2016 which is obviously a typographical error as we are in the month of June only.

Patna High Court MJC No.3334 of 2015 dt.29-06-2016 2/2 submits that necessary corrigendum would be issued in this regard. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, in my considered opinion, this proceeding now cannot continue, accordingly, same is dropped.
