JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 which was approved by the LPA Court in LPA No. 756 of 2015 and relying upon the decision in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 and in LPA No. 756 of 2015, the respondents have granted the benefit of similarly circumstanced others.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18905 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 then the respondents may extend similar treatment to this petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
