The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he gave lati/danda blow to the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
