2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(B)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 18.390 Kg. of ganja beneath the seat of the petitioners.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in jail since 21.05.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the recovery of intermittent quantity of ganja and the clean antecedent of the petitioners, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2023.

8. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Supaul Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
