2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner Rajendra Prasad Mishra but neither the learned counsel of the petitioner nor the learned counsel for the State is able to understand as to what relief the petitioner wants.

3. The perusal of writ petition goes to show that the averments made in the writ petition are vague and it is not clear as to what relief has been sought by the petitioner, therefore, it appears to me that the petitioner has preferred this writ petition under misconception.
