====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to AAG No. 8 as well as learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of

Patna High Court MJC No.3360 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 willful disobedience to an order dated 27.1.2015 passed in CWJC No. 20457 of 2013 .

In this case show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 6 has been filed and it has been indicated that the order of the writ court has already been complied in its letter and spirit. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that the order of the writ court has been complied but he submits that it was complied belatedly.

However keeping in view the fact that order of the writ court has already been complied with, there is no reason to keep the matter pending The contempt petition stands disposed of.
