ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2017 in connection with Chandi P.S.case no. 64 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code but later on added Sections 364(A), 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and she has no criminal antecedent. Her name has come merely on suspicion. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and the period of detention, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
