In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 120(B) of the IPC and section 4, 6s of POCSO Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the informant have jointly submitted that the petitioner and his family members are ready to solemnize the marriage of the petitioner with the victim girl, to which the parents of the victim are ready.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released provisionally for a period of four months on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63817 of 2022(3) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022.
