2. The petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 20.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 19263 of
Patna High Court MJC No.68 of 2016 dt.21-12-2016 2/2 2013 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties makes statement at the Bar on instructions that the admitted dues of the petitioner amounting to Rs. 37,412/- has been paid to him by Cheque No. 289005 dated 30.11.2016 which has duly been acknowledged by the petitioner on 14.12.2016. A copy of the relevant letter dated 14.12.2016 issued by the Senior Accounts Officer, Telecom Project, Patna containing the petitioner's endorsement of having received the Cheque has been placed on record.
4. In the above view of the matter, this contempt petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authority as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law if so advised.
