JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 On account of serious mistakes in the typed copy of the Annexures appended to the present writ petition, which has amounted to misrepresentation of facts, this Court has serious objections to such type of writ petitions being filed. However, since the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, this Court is restraining itself from passing any adverse order against the petitioner.
