Informant and other police officials raided several houses and it is alleged that 10 plants of ganja and 2 kg ganja kept in a box in the courtyard of petitioner no.1, 8 plants of ganja and 2 kg ganja in the courtyard of petitioner no.3 and 10 plants of ganja in the courtyard of petitioner no.2 were found.

Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 27.11.2015. According to the prosecution case itself, the aforesaid raid was made in absence of the petitioners.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56548 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Kharagpur P.S. Case no. 10/2013.
