Earlier, the petitioner has moved for bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.27205 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 18.07.2016 rejected the bail application of the petitioner.
This Court has received the report from the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Siwan, by which it has been informed that the trial is at advance stage and likely to be concluded within six months.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53366 of 2016 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Court is directed to conclude the trial within the period mentioned in the report itself. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner will have a liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
