For issuance of a Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to pay Rs. five lakh as compensation to the petitioner for demolishing the house of the petitioner constructed on three Kattha land appertaining to Khata No.62, Plot No.255, situated at village-Pipra, Block-Deo, District- Aurangabad, which has been orally declared to be a public land by the authorities, without

At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, by filing appropriate petition. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, by filing appropriate petition, within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
