2. Pursuant to order dated 18.09.2019, the District Treasury Officer, Jehanabad, as well as the District Education Officer, Jehanabad, are present and have filed their affidavits.

3. From the same, it transpires that the writ petitioner was paid 100% family pension from the date of death of her husband till December, 2018.

4. Thus, nothing remains in the application and, accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

Re.: Interlocutory Application No.01 of 2019 (61 of 2019)

5. At this stage, the Court may note that Interlocutory Application No.01 of 2019 (61 of 2019) has been filed for substitution of the petitioner's daughter as she died on 13.03.2018.

6. In view of the main case having been disposed off, no order is required to be passed on the Interlocutory Application and the same also stands disposed off.
