This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Hasanpur P.S. Case No.59 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

Unknown criminals have looted one mobile, motorcycle and Rs.80,000/- from the informant on gun point. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2025. 4.

During investigation, self-inculpatory statement of the petitioner has been recorded and the petitioner has been found to be involved in the crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
