This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 9, 27 and 50 of the World Life Protection Act. Some unknown person killed a pig in the Balmiki Nagar Tiger Reserve. After ten days of occurrence first information report was lodged allegedly with suspicion against the petitioner. Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.10.2016. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with I.F. Case No. 89 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, or successor Court.
