This application, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 7, by learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Patna, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2370 of 2016 (5) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 connection with Complaint Case No. 1265 (C) of 2013, disclosing commission of offence punishable under Sections 498A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the grounds taken in this application, seeking cancellation of bail, I notice that it is matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and Opposite Party No. 2, who are husband and wife, which has resulted into such litigations.

I do not find any reason to entertain this application, which is accordingly dismissed.
