1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 291 of 2022, arising out of Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022, dated 12.02.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354A, 354B, 307, 341, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Mr. Piyush Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner earlier preferred Cr. Misc. No. 30119 of 2022 for the relief of regular bail which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.08.2022 and now the petitioner has again come before this Court for the relief of bail, mainly on the ground of his long

It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and a good relation has restored in between the petitioner and the informant and the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 13.02.2022.

4. Mr. Zainul Abedin, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Heard both the sides and perused the report of the trial court sent with regard to the stage of the trial of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner's case is running at the final stage as out of four charge-sheet witnesses of the prosecution, three witnesses have been examined so, it will not be proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, petitioner's prayer for bail stands rejected.

6. The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial of the petitioner in the next two months and send the compliance report to this Court.
