2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 103(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The informant suspects that this petitioner and coaccused Umesh Choudhary killed husband of the informant, as he was opposing the trade of illegal liquor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against petitioner and co-accused Umesh Choudhary, who has already been granted bail by a coordinate
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70858 of 2025(4) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 Bench of this Court, vide order dated 06.02.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 84219 of 2024. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the facts & circumstances of this case as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 303 of 2024.
