Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that his name surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedents, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with R.P.F.Post, Danapur P.S.Case No. 06 of 2014.
