No. 229 of 2017 dated 08.10.2017 registered at Police Station Tatarpur under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, considering the nature of the offence, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. The investigation is in progress and the offence is serious.

At this stage, learned counsel submits that petitioner shall be content if he is permitted to withdraw the instant
