The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 555 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioners are bataidar of the informant. Proceedings under Sections 207 and 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are already going on between the parties and the allegations have been made in the FIR just to humiliate and harass the petitioners so that they may settle the dispute.

No.2180 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2 / 2 Regard being had to the nature of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.
