The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 64849 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No.61664 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 01.06.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.
