1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jehanabad vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in B.P. No.403 of 2024 arising out from Complaint Case No.227(C) of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72032 of 2024(4) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 with Complaint Case No.227(C) of 2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No.227(C) of 2023.
