Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022 lodged under Sections 25(1b)a/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, one loaded pistol and one desi live cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are three antecedents of the petitioner which he has submitted by way of filing supplementary affidavit. Counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2022 and one year is going

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present, therefore, his bail petition is hereby rejected.

But liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail, three months after framing of charge.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
