2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 599 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS and later of Section 317(2) of BNS is added.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant parked his motorcycle near Anandi Cinema. Thereafter, when he returned there, he did not find his motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and without knowing the fact that the motorcycle was stolen property, he boarded on the motorcycle as a pillion rider. The petitioner is under custody since 16.07.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 599 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
